Dr. Seema Pandey stated that PCOS is currently emerging as a rapidly increasing and serious hormonal disorder among women. It is becoming a major cause of irregular menstruation, weight gain, acne, hormonal imbalance, and infertility. She explained that changing lifestyles, stress, unhealthy dietary habits, and physical inactivity are among the primary contributing factors.

She emphasized that timely diagnosis and proper management of PCOS are extremely important. With a balanced diet, regular exercise, weight management, and appropriate medical treatment when necessary, the condition can be controlled to a significant extent. She also noted that modern reproductive technologies are helping women affected by PCOS achieve successful pregnancies.

She stated that ISAR is one of the largest organizations of infertility specialists in the world, and through this platform, they are committed to raising awareness about women’s reproductive health and providing better treatment options.
